Kentucky Flooding Relief

Members of Alabama Baptist Disaster Relief teams – the Yellow Shirt Army – have already been deployed to Kentucky to assist people adversely affected by flooding. Other Alabama Baptist DR teams stand ready to assist in these areas where many lives were lost and so many homes sustained significant damage.

Pray for our Alabama Baptist DR teams as they provide hands-on ministry to hurting people. Each member of our Yellow Shirt Army is a trained witness and ready to share the Gospel with people in need of Jesus.

Your gifts will assist with the deployment of volunteers as well as any equipment such as shower trailers, chainsaws and more. (No DR contribution is used to pay salaries because the Cooperative Program has already provided for the ministry infrastructure that enables the quick mobilization of volunteers, equipment and other resources in times such as this.)

One hundred percent of your gift will help people whose lives have been affected by the flooding in Kentucky.
